Community Involvement

Community has always been important to Angela Krause Ford; we've continued to support lung cancer research and promote autism awareness, and now we're excited to announce our latest initiative: Angie's Kitchen. Named after Angela Krause (daughter of Vernon and Marie, and sister to Jennifer, Matt and Zack Krause), Angie's Kitchen provides daily meals to the homeless and those in need in Atlanta, GA. Angie's Kitchen came about as a result of the vision of Vernon Krause and Clifton Dawkins to help those in need. Our mission is to serve the children of God while demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ to all. Our first day of serving was September 6, 2021, and we look forward to many more to come!

If you'd like to get involved, we are accepting donations of the following non-perishable items:

  • Little Debbie's Packaged Snacks

  • Black Beans
  • Boxed mashed Potatoes
  • Canned Vegetables
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Pasta Sauce

  • Pancake/Biscuit Mix
  • Cornbread Mix
  • Macaroni & Cheese

We are asking banks, churches or other community business partners to commit to donating the following perishable items once a month or once a quarter(depending on the quantities of food donated.
