The new 2023 Nissan Frontier is a capable truck, but does it really offer as much comfort and flexibility as the new 2023 Ford Maverick®? We don’t think so. First things first, the Ford Maverick® starts at a lower MSRP than its rival. Both trucks seat five passengers, and both offer rear under-seat storage (perfect for holding windshield scrapers, jumper cables or a first-aid kit). However, when it comes to engine options, the Nissan Frontier only comes with one gasoline engine option, while the Ford Maverick® allows you to choose between its standard 2.5-liter hybrid powertrain or an available 2.0-liter EcoBoost gasoline engine. Both models offer available Lane Departure Warning, a feature that alerts you if you start to drift out of your lane while driving. However, the Ford Maverick® comes with standard High Beam Assist — a feature that is only available on higher (and more expensive) Nissan Frontier trims. Finally, the Ford Maverick® offers more rear legroom than the Nissan Frontier, so choose the Ford — your backseat passengers will thank you.

Now that you’ve seen them compared, we’re sure you’ll agree: the new 2023 Ford Maverick® is the new truck for you. Visit us soon to test-drive this impressive model.
